Enclosure Workbench
Build a printed enclosure around your board, ports, and mounting points.
AIURION / DESIGN TO PRODUCTION
Where you and your agent get parts made.
Configure custom 3D-printed enclosures, workholding, gripper jaws, and embossing dies. Prepare the brief with your agent, review the design, and quote the printed parts.
SELECT BY APPLICATION // 05 LABS
Explore available tools and the labs in development. Select a workbench that fits the job in front of you.
Build a printed enclosure around your board, ports, and mounting points.
Shape a locating nest, hold-down fixture, or opposing vise soft jaws around your part.
Configure custom gripper jaws with part-matched TPU contact pads.
Shape a matched die pair from text, artwork, or a built-in pattern. Inspect the design and quote both printed dies.
Match a compliant rover wheel to your load. Inspect the TPU tire, keyed hub, and retaining cap.
Every manufactured order receives a human review. Workholding and stamping are prototypes; geometry checks do not certify a machining setup or printed tooling strength.
MATCH THE JOB // INPUT TO OUTPUT
Compare what each workbench needs and what it can make. Review the guide for design limits and application checks.

PEOPLE + AGENTS + MANUFACTURING
Keep the requirements, design, and manufacturing handoff connected. Give each part of the work to the people and tools best suited to it.
01 / HUMAN JUDGMENT
Decide what the part must do and what a useful result looks like.
02 / AGENT SUPPORT
Turn scattered requirements into a clear brief and a traceable design record.
03 / AIURION MANUFACTURING
Connect the selected design to a reviewed manufacturing order.
BRING YOUR AGENT
For supported uploaded models, the Agent API can prepare quotes, create a checkout link for your approval, and check order status. Configure workbench designs in the browser and quote complete kits through their workbench.
ALREADY HAVE CAD?
Upload an STL, OBJ, STEP/STP, or 3MF on our standard print quote path.
Use Enclosure Workbench for a housing around electronics, Workholding Workbench for locating nests and vise soft jaws, Robot Gripper Lab for custom jaws and contact pads, and Stamping Lab for matched embossing dies. Choose by the job and the parts you need. Stamping Lab and Wheel Lab are coming soon.
Bring the dimensions of the part or interface, mounting details, quantity, and the conditions the printed parts will face. Identify any fit-critical surfaces and how you will check them. Depending on the workbench, you can start with measurements, a supported part or board file, or text and SVG artwork. The guide under each card explains its inputs.
Use the standard print quote path to upload an STL, OBJ, STEP/STP, or 3MF. A workbench is useful when you want to configure one of the supported designs around your application. You do not need to rebuild an existing printable model in a workbench.
Upload an existing partReview the parts and quantities listed in the quote. A housing set, gripper kit, or die pair can contain multiple printed parts. Available materials, production options, and delivery choices are shown in that workbench. The quote covers the listed items; include any needed hardware, assembly, or additional engineering in a separate review before ordering.
Yes. Every manufactured order receives a human review before production. The review checks printability and the proposed build. Share mating dimensions, operating conditions, and acceptance criteria when the application needs closer review, so those requirements can be considered before the job is released.
Discuss application requirementsThe preview helps you inspect geometry, clearances, and assembly. It does not establish a load rating, gripping force, tool life, or suitability for a machining or forming setup. Check the printed prototype against the real parts and operating conditions. The person responsible for the application defines the trial and accepts the result.
An agent can organize requirements, identify missing dimensions, compare settings, and keep revisions, quotes, and trial notes together. People decide the application requirements and verify physical fit and performance. The Agent API supports quoting uploaded print models; it does not configure these workbenches or quote their complete assemblies. Use the workbench or a human review for the full kit.
See the Agent API scopeSend the part or drawing, the job it needs to do, critical dimensions, quantity, and target date. Include the workbench and settings you tried. We can review whether a custom design or a different manufacturing approach is a better next step.
