TURNAROUND // EXPECTATIONS
A practical rapid-prototyping cadence.
Simple prototypes often complete in 24 to 48 hours, while same-day rush is available for urgent feasible parts. Larger builds, complex support requirements, and multi-part assemblies are scheduled from the real print plan.
ITERATION 01 Prove envelope and interface
Start with the part that answers the biggest unknown: overall size, hole placement, reach, cable path, board clearance, or assembly access.
ITERATION 02 Resolve fit and handling
Update the CAD from bench feedback, then test how the part mates, fastens, opens, routes, or survives the expected handling.
ITERATION 03 Prepare the review or pilot
Use the cleaner revision for an internal gate, customer demo, lab test, or short field trial. Move to the small-batch path when several identical parts are needed.
